Steggles challenged us to use their Roosters sponsorship to better reach main grocery buyers. We created ‘Steggles Jersey Takeover’, a unique way to recognise of the influential women in the lives of the players on the front of their jersey. We knew it could resonate with the 7.6m NRL fans in Australia and a broader audience of non fans. 

With minimal spend, the campaign used PR and social content to reach a huge audience with a memorable and emotive message. It went beyond sporting passion and into the relationship between a mother and son, which made an NRL club sponsorship relatable to a female skewed, mainstream audience.
